Before you Book…

Please note the following:

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments require a non-refundable $30 deposit. Deposits can only be transferred over to a new appointment within 12 hours after the client’s original appointment. Have questions about scheduling an appointment, please give the salon a call at 404.254.3544.

PLEASE BE SURE TO CAREFULLY READ THE HAIR SERVICE DETAILS PRIOR TO BOOKING.

It rarely happens…but if by chance a client is unhappy with any service received at our salon, please contact the salon within 48 hours of the original appointment at at 404.254.3544.

SALON POLICIES

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notification will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
